Adding New Jobs

The Add Job function at the top right corner of the Job Lists dashboard allows you to create new job entries with comprehensive details. Click the "+ Add Job" button to open a form where you can input all necessary information, including:

  1. Client Information:

  • Select an existing client by typing the client's exact name you used when adding their data to Klervo.

  • You can also click on the +Add New button to add a new client to the database immediately.

  • Specify service location by typing the client's address and selecting the address in the dropdown menu.

  1. Job Details:

  • Select the job type from the existing jobs you added before

  • You can also add a new job type by clicking +Add New and inputting the job name.

  • Choose a job source from the list of sources you've already added, such as social media, word of mouth, and a website.

  • You can also add a new job source by clicking +Add New and inputting the source name.

  • Add any relevant job description

  • Select inventory items from the inventory you’ve added already.

  • You can add new inventory items by clicking +Add New and entering all relevant details.

  1. Scheduling:

  • Set start and end times

  • Mark it as an all-day event if needed

  • Assign team members and click save

📝Note: Adding new client, job or inventory item(s) while creating a job listing will automatically add them to their relevant listings sections such as Clients List, Jobs List, and Inventory List.
