When to Use:
You're heading to the location
The customer needs an arrival update
How to Use:
Set the status to "Scheduled."
Click the "On My Way" button
The customer gets an automatic notification
💡 Remember: Always communicate delays to customers after you've selected the "On My Way" feature because once you finish the job, an automated feedback link will be sent to the client. So, transparent and polite communication is better than getting negative reviews online.
